By accessing or using EmplooyX you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

EmplooyX provides business tools including:

• employee management and wage history;
• working-hour tracking by day;
• wage and advance calculations;
• daily expenses;
• offers and offer PDFs;
• monthly and yearly reports;
• reminders and related business-management features.

Calculations and reports are provided as a tool. The business remains responsible for its payroll, tax and accounting obligations.

Business accounts are created by the EmplooyX team. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for everyone you allow to use the account, and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

• the accuracy of the information you enter, including hours, wages, advances, expenses and offers;
• the employee information you submit and having appropriate authorisation to process it;
• using the platform lawfully and in line with employment, privacy and tax laws that apply to you.

• Plans may include a maximum number of active employees.
• Plans may include a maximum number of offers.
• Accounts may start with a trial period that ends on a set date.
• When a trial ends, access to business data is restricted until access is renewed. Your data is kept and becomes available again once access is renewed.
• To continue after a trial or change limits, contact EmplooyX to agree a new contract or plan.

You must not:

• access or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• attempt to bypass plan limits, trial restrictions or security controls;
• attack, overload, probe or disrupt the service;
• upload malicious code or unlawful content;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.

The EmplooyX platform, software, design, branding and related materials are owned by Xoolve or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription; no other rights are transferred.

You keep your rights to the business data you enter. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, back up and display that data solely to provide, secure and support the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep EmplooyX available and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, infrastructure problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, for security reasons, to prevent abuse, when a trial or plan has ended, or where required by law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for decisions made based on information entered into the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [APPLICABLE JURISDICTION], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [APPLICABLE JURISDICTION], unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
